The upper lip or the chin is $35 a session or $199 for six, and the full face $72 a session or $385 for six. These are our standard prices, and at the free consultation we plan your areas and sessions with you.
A bundle treats several areas in one session, for less than booking each on its own: Silk duo adds the underarms to the full face for $110 a session. Every other area is on our price list, and laser hair removal cost in Chicago sets a package against paying per session and against waxing.
With a Beauty Bank membership the full face is $64 on Plus and $58 on Elite: your monthly fee goes into a balance that rolls over and buys at member prices.
Silk duo treats the full face with the underarms, and Light any small area with the underarms and a Brazilian.

How many sessions the face takes
Most clients need 6 to 12 sessions, 4 to 6 weeks apart, because the laser only reaches hair in its growth phase. Skin tone, hair colour, genetics and hormones set your number. Call us at (312) 600-0705 and we can tell you everything in detail.
Week 1
After your first treatment, some hairs begin to shed.
Weeks 2 to 3
Some follicles stop producing hair, and the rest look thinner and lighter.
Weeks 4 to 8
After your second treatment, hair grows back slower and much finer.
What a face session feels like
We know a treatment can be a big deal. Don’t be nervous: we’ll make sure you’re comfortable and relaxed.

Before
Shave the area the day before, with no waxing, threading or plucking: the laser needs the root. No sun or self-tanner for two weeks, retinoids and scrubs stop a week ahead, and come with clean skin, without makeup or lotion.
During
A small area takes 30 minutes. The Candela is less painful than other lasers, and our special cooling system cools your skin the whole time. Most clients say it feels like a light tingling.
After
Redness for 4 to 6 hours is normal. Keep out of the sun and heat, and leave any crusting alone.
No need to remember it all: we text you how to prepare, and it is all in before and after your session.

Does it work on dark skin?
Yes. Darker skin, types V and VI included, is treated on the Candela GentleMax Pro’s 1064 nm Nd:YAG, which reaches deeper and leaves the melanin at the surface alone, so we do not turn it down.
Can I have it while pregnant?
No, not during pregnancy. After a birth we start or resume treatment from 3 to 4 months.

Silk duo treats the full face and the underarms for $110 a session or $595 for six. For men, Clean cut treats the same areas, and the beard line has its own price on our men’s page.
