Is the first session really free?
Yes — a full treatment at no cost for new clients. Not a consult or patch test. We require a card on file to reserve, but you're only charged if you no-show or cancel last-minute.
Why do you need my card?
Free sessions are limited and in demand. A card ensures people who reserve show up — so we can keep offering free sessions. You're not charged for the session itself.
Does it hurt?
Most describe quick, warm pulses — very tolerable. We use a Zimmer Chiller cooling system throughout. Most find it more comfortable than waxing.
How many sessions will I need?
Most need 6–8 sessions, 4–6 weeks apart. You'll see visible reduction after your first (free) session.
Will it work on my skin tone?
Yes. Our Candela GentleMax Pro safely treats all skin types I–VI, including darker tones other lasers can't handle. Laser works best on dark hair — if your hair is very light, blonde, grey, or red, book a free assessment and we'll honestly tell you if you're a good candidate.
What happens after?
No pressure. If you love it, we'll show you package, member & bundle pricing in person. Entirely your choice.
